Release of information
By making an assignment, assignors give CrowdSuit L.L.C. permission to use information provided in order to pursue legal actions to the claim assigned. Additionally, assignors give CrowdSuit L.L.C. a release of personal information associated with assigned claims. A release of this information includes the right of CrowdSuit L.L.C. to use this information during litigation, which could make the information part of the public record. Such information may include the original date of contracts, the termination date of contracts, number of lines associated with an account, amount of fees charged and paid, etc. The release does not include any credit card or banking information. CrowdSuit L.L.C. cannot control what actions its targets may take in litigation relating to any assignment and disclosure of personal information.
