If you currently have a Verizon cell service contract or had one at any point after 2005, you're eligible to assign your claim.
Since 2005 Verizon has been charging its customers "administrative fees" every month. Over time the charge has gone up and is currently at 99 cents per line per month. While Verizon was sued in a 2010 class-action for this practice, the case was thrown out because customers had signed class action waivers.
Verizon has made over $3 billion by tacking on this illegal fee.
