AT&T has been drastically limiting the speeds of unlimited data plan customers when AT&T deems the customers to have used too much unlimited data. By limiting an “unlimited” plan AT&T is breaching customer contracts.
In May 2013 AT&T hit its customers with an arbitrary “administrative fee” of 61 cents per line per month. This fee is not part of the contracts these customers signed and is levied without customer knowledge or consent. Furthermore, AT&T will not let customers out of their contracts over this issue or remove the charge.
